The role offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to process improvements and gain exposure to advanced materials within a leading engineering and manufacturing team.

Responsibilities
Assist in developing, testing, and refining bonding processes using proprietary adhesive systems
Document procedures, results, and process changes with a high level of accuracy
Perform hands-on work in a lab or manufacturing setting
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support process validation
Qualification
Preferred
Basic understanding of composite science, materials, or related engineering concepts
Hands on experience with wet Layup and/or resin Infusion
Manufacturing or lab experience (academic or professional)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent written documentation and communication skills
