Responsibilities
Recommend the best licensing options
Build a more structured and efficient approach to software oversight
Ensure compliance, provisioning cloud software, analyzing consumption patterns to identify unused licenses and recommend the best licensing options
Use available tools and services available for license management (Saas, and cloud cost consumption)
Create processes and use technologies for managing and optimizing the purchase, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and disposal of software applications
Assist in developing and running scripts for software audits and improving visibility into our licensing and application usage
Assisting Ticketing Requests and reporting
Qualification
Required
Experience in software compliance and tracking
Ability to fulfill service tickets and coordinate software installation
Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM) systems
Strong analytical skills to analyze consumption patterns and identify unused licenses
Knowledge of licensing options and cloud software provisioning
Experience with license management tools and services
Ability to create processes for managing software applications
Experience in developing and running scripts for software audits
Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work assignments
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Demonstrated critical thinking skills
