They are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join the WP Toolkit team, responsible for developing and maintaining PHP/JS components and improving the management experience for WordPress® installations.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain PHP/JS components within the WP Toolkit ecosystem
Prototyping product features and solutions and generating ideas
Decomposing tasks, developing technical solutions, design and code review participation
Build integrations and features that improve the management experience for WordPress® installations
Collaborate with developers PM, and support teams to deliver high-quality releases
Enhancing the development infrastructure, including the automation facilities and the telemetry
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and contribute to technical improvements

Qualification

Required

Strong PHP development experience
Strong base using JavaScript, TS and Node.js
Experience in creating testable code and automated tests
Experience building or maintaining WordPress® plugins (major plus)
Ability to find solutions by analyzing a task at hand
Estimation and decomposition skills

Preferred

Experience with Docker-based development workflows
Familiarity with AWS services
Comfortable with CI/CD
Understanding of hosting environments or control panels
Appreciation of DevOps principles and practices
Experience with Go language
Experience in system design
Experience in data processing and telemetry
Experience in prototyping and testing hypotheses
Curious about Agentic Coding
