Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day execution of multiple in-flight IT projects
Align project delivery with IT Director and leadership priorities
Lead application migrations, data warehouse updates, and reporting remediation
Define clear milestones, deliverables, schedules, and project plans
Coordinate across business analysts, developers, SMEs, and consultants
Facilitate meetings and communication using Microsoft Teams and Outlook
Provide concise executive-level status reporting
Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; drive timely resolution and escalation
Ensure documentation meets audit and governance requirements
Mentor business analysts and enforce consistent project management practices

Required

PMP certification
8+ years of hands-on IT project management experience
Proven experience stabilizing active or distressed projects
Ability to drive immediate execution across multiple concurrent initiatives
Strong delivery-focused PM background
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Outlook
Excellent organization, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred

10+ years of senior-level IT project management experience
Experience managing complex, in-flight IT projects
Background in application migration/modernization initiatives
Experience with data warehouse or reporting projects
Experience mentoring analysts or junior PMs
Public sector or high-visibility environment experience
