InternNewGen Insurance Agency Networks is seeking a Marketing Strategy & Operations Analyst Intern to support their recruiting marketing strategy and social media operations. The role involves creating content, optimizing workflows, and enhancing the company's brand presence across social channels.

Responsibilities
Develop and optimize recruiting marketing strategy: target personas, channel mix, messaging framework, and content calendar
Collaborate with recruiting agents to support talent acquisition initiatives (campaign planning, outreach materials, employer branding assets)
Track basic performance metrics (views, engagement, clicks, conversion signals) and deliver weekly insights and recommendations
Improve operations: organize processes, templates, and a repeatable workflow for content production and publishing
Write and edit English copy for posts, captions, and short scripts (platform-adapted, brand-consistent)
Design posters/visual assets for social channels (Canva/Figma templates, event promos, recruitment campaigns)
Edit short-form videos (cutting, captions, basic motion/tempo) and manage content versions
Organize and maintain a structured asset library (raw footage, images, brand materials, finished drafts)
Support the marketing team in building a consistent brand IP: content pillars, voice, and visual style
Help research trends, competitors, and best practices; propose content ideas and campaign themes
Participate in brainstorming and execute content from idea to publish-ready deliverables
Qualification
Required
Strong English communication and writing skills (marketing-friendly tone and clarity)
Experience with content tools (e.g., Canva/Figma; CapCut/Premiere/Final Cut or similar)
Good organization skills and attention to detail (naming conventions, asset management, deadlines)
Self-starter mindset; comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
Preferred
Experience running social accounts or managing a content calendar
Basic understanding of recruiting/employer branding (or interest in HR marketing)
Familiarity with analytics dashboards or social metrics reporting
Photo/video shooting or motion graphics skills
Mandarin is a plus
