Sales Development Representative
TeleVoIPs is a provider of business phone solutions, and they are seeking a Sales Development Representative to help qualify leads and support sales growth. The role involves making outbound calls, assisting with customer onboarding, and building relationships to uncover upsell opportunities.
Responsibilities
Call and qualify inbound leads and marketing-generated prospects
Make outbound calls to warm prospects and lapsed accounts
Build rapport, understand business needs, and position TeleVoIPs solutions
Set sales appointments for senior reps and yourself as you grow
Use HubSpot daily to manage pipeline and track activity
Assist with new customer onboarding through the sales process
Prepare add-on quotes and follow-up to close new revenue
Maintain relationships with existing clients to uncover upsell opportunities
Support outside reps as you learn the full sales cycle
Attend weekly internal sales training
Participate in professional networking groups (BNI, chambers) once promoted
Learn all aspects of cloud VoIP solutions and business phone systems
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Comfortable making outbound calls
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
1 year of customer-facing experience preferred (hospitality/retail included)
Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM systems is a plus
