Account Manager (Remote)
Simera is a company focused on client satisfaction, and they are seeking an Account Manager to ensure their customers are happy and continue doing business with them. The Account Manager will be responsible for building strong client relationships, collaborating with internal departments, and resolving complaints while analyzing consumer behavior data.

Responsibilities
Communicating with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed
Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests
Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
Acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
Qualification
Required
Flexible enough to handle a variety of duties that pertain to the firm and clients
Ability to communicate with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed
Skill in building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
Experience in collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests
