Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Consultant
NeerInfo Solutions is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Sr. Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle Cloud. The role involves solution design and governance of global Supply Chain Management processes, providing functional and technical leadership during the implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions.
Responsibilities
Responsible for solution design and governance of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) global business processes
Providing functional and technical inputs and leadership support to the Oracle Cloud (SaaS + PaaS) implementation teams in addressing complex SCM business requirements
Extensively involved in business process mapping, assist in problem definition and propose/create solutions
Play an important role in the design, development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution

Location for this position is Pittsburgh PA. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location. This position may require travel in the US and Canada
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

Implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement, Inventory and Order Management modules
Must have at least 2 full life cycle implementations experience, with hands-on configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion (SaaS + PaaS) SCM application (Procurement, Inventory & Order Management)
Must have experience leading the requirements elicitation, fit-gap analysis, development, configuration, functional testing, and post-production support
Experience in gathering requirements, designing solutions for very high transaction volumes and should have good experience in performance testing of solutions
Must have experience of designing and delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications landscape
Knowledge of end-to-end processes Order to Cash, Procure Pay, Master data management is a must
Experience in handling integration with external partners/ applications like – E-Commerce Portals, Part Catalogs, trading partners - Suppliers & Customers, EDI
Experience driving requirements workshops, CRPs and Key Design Discussion sessions with client
Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
Strong leadership and delivery management background working with offshore teams and 3rd party application teams, OCI etc
Must have experience interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contacts
Must have experience managing Client escalations
Must have experience with Onsite-Offshore communication and work management
Preferred
Oracle Certification is preferred, and Distribution industry experience is a plus
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience in Oracle Cloud Technical, SQL, REST-API, BIP reports
Experience in Oracle Cloud Technical – SCM modules
Ability to lead the team in developing solution alternatives, present the recommended options to the customer, review those options, and suggest improvements to secure customer buy-in
