FWS Student Assistant, McNair Scholars Programs - Federal Work Study
The University of North Georgia is a multi-campus institution focused on educational excellence and leadership development. They are currently seeking a federal work study student to support the McNair Scholars Program on the Dahlonega campus, where the student will assist with various program-related tasks and events.

Responsibilities
Student ambassador for McNair Scholars Program and other Ascend Centers
Construct flyers for publicity of events and application deadlines
Identify and compile information related to graduate programs, conferences, fellowships, and undergraduate research to disseminate via web or email
Assist with implementation of assessment plan, analyzing data, and the dissemination of data
Assist with information and logistics for program events
Complete clerical duties as assigned
Support efforts of other Ascend Centers as needed
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker
Must be creative, persistent, and a problem solver
Must enjoy working with faculty, staff, and students
Must be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
Preferred
Experience with design software (Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent) preferred
