Responsibilities
Actively market & promote Richmond’s portfolio within the licensed trade
Build strong direct & indirect route to market business
Achievement of value and volume targets
Execute promotions & visibility within the trade
Be aware and report on competitor and industry updates
Deliver high standards of credit management across customer base
Must adhere to all company policies and procedures
Must maintain high standards of appearance, behaviour and discipline
Adhere to performance appraisal procedures
Build and maintain key relationships with On-Trade Sales Manager, Head of On-Trade, Telesales team and the brand & marketing teams
Have a Strong teamwork focus, ensure full liaison with other team members and departments
Any other duties and responsibilities which management deem appropriate from time to time
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three years working in the on-trade
Candidates must be eligible to drive in the Island of Ireland and have a full clean driver's licence
Previous On Trade experience essential, min 3 years
Excellent relationship building, a strong customer focus and interpersonal skills are essential
A good level of commercial awareness and the ability to demonstrate good negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
