Commercial HVAC Sales Engineer
Hawks and Company is seeking a Commercial HVAC Sales Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling, designing, and managing retrofit projects, planned maintenance agreements, and plumbing projects.

Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC sector
Sell design-buil retrofit projects, planned maintenance agreements, and plumbing solutions to commercial clients
Conduct site visits, assess customer needs, and provide tailored HVAC solutions
Prepare and present sales proposals, estimates, and technical presentations
Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project execution
Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals
Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging HVAC technologies
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue targets
Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
5 years of commercial HVAC experience
Strong understanding of HVAC system design, retrofit projects, and plumbing solutions
Proven track record in sales and business development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field
