Mr. Greens Produce is one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Florida, seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative. This role focuses on achieving growth and retention through quality customer service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain meaningful customer relationships to build trust and loyalty
Make daily calls to customers to inform them of product shortages and potentially offer alternative solutions
Follow-up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Respond to customer queries regarding products and services
Process phone and email orders from customers
Check stock availability and provide delivery ETA
Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates

Required

High School Education or equivalent
Previous inside sales/customer service experience required
Data entry, organization, multitasking and customer focus skills required
Excellent communication (written, verbal and listening) and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency of Word, Excel, Outlook
Self-motivated and with a results-oriented mindset
Must pass pre-employment background and drug screenings
Must live in the Austin area
Must be at least 21 years old

Preferred

Knowledge of the produce/foodservice industry is preferred
Preferably bilingual in English and Spanish
