Sales Development Representative
A4Assist is a fast-growing fintech startup building the future of business banking. They are seeking driven and personable Sales Development Representatives to generate new sales opportunities, engage prospects, and maintain accurate data in their CRM as they scale into 2026.
Responsibilities
Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting
Engage prospects with a consultative, problem-focused sales approach
Build and scale the top of the sales funnel via warm & cold outreach
Research high-potential companies and decision-makers
Maintain accurate data in HubSpot CRM
Experiment across verticals and continuously improve outreach strategies
Qualification
Required
0–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
Strong communication & organization skills
Comfortable with outbound calls/emails (B2B preferred)
Startup mindset — motivated, coachable, and results-driven
Preferred
Fintech / SaaS experience is a plus (not mandatory)
Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
