Responsibilities
Doing general bookkeeping for our internal finance team
Recording financial transactions
Maintaining accounts
Reconciling bank statement
Updating Google Sheets
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of general bookkeeping experience
Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, or another bookkeeping software
Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet challenging deadlines
Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
Good IT skills, particularly in the use of online accounting software
Organised, with a thorough, methodical approach to their work
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Ability to work as part of a team
