Bankruptcy Associate Attorney (Bar Required: Georgia)
MDAEdge is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Associate Attorney to manage a variety of bankruptcy cases, from initial filings to court appearances. You'll work closely with clients and internal legal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant case handling.

Responsibilities
Draft, review, and approve bankruptcy pleadings
Handle all stages of bankruptcy matters, including: Proofs of Claim, Motions for Relief, Objections and Responses, Payment Change Notices, Settlements and Adversary Proceedings
Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and hearings (telephonic and in-person)
Maintain regular communication and updates with clients
Support special projects and additional legal tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) and active licensure in good standing with the Georgia State Bars
Experience managing a high-volume bankruptcy caseload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Professional, client-service mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Experience with adversary proceedings, payment change notices, or mediation
Familiarity with legal case management systems and client portals
Availability to attend in-person court hearings or depositions as needed
Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
