REMOTE - Senior Consultant Finance
Mercy is a healthcare organization seeking a Senior Consultant Finance to assist with financial statement audits, prepare consolidated financial statements, and manage accounting for grants. The role involves coordinating project assignments and providing guidance to co-workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in alignment with the organization's mission and values.

Responsibilities
Assist with the annual financial statement audit
Preparation of quarterly consolidated financial statements
Accounting for grants for various Mercy ministries
Assist the department director in the coordination of project assignments
Provide technical review/assistance on projects prepared by department co-workers
Provide guidance to department co-workers and lead them in accomplishing tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Qualification
Required
MUST LIVE WITHIN MERCY FOOTPRINT IN MISSOURI, ARKANSAS AND/OR OKLAHOMA
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from an accredited college or university
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting
CPA preferred
Healthcare financial reporting experience
Public accounting experience
Lawson financial system experience
Grant compliance and Uniform Guidance audit experience
