Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor by building strong relationships and deep understanding of client goals, business, and industry
Manage client engagements, including priorities, renewals, and identifying growth opportunities
Align clients on digital strategy and translate business needs into clear execution roadmaps with technical and project teams
Estimate resources and timelines, manage scope and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery
Analyze complex business challenges and develop practical, data-driven solutions and recommendations
Support client decision-making through cost/benefit analysis, stakeholder alignment, and solution evaluation
Define success metrics, business requirements, and process improvements to drive measurable results

Required

Strong background in B2B digital marketing and marketing technology (martech), including campaign strategy, execution, and performance reporting
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua) and CRM systems (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics)
Proven ability to lead client engagements and executive-level conversations, with excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience translating business goals into data-driven strategies, roadmaps, and value cases
Solid understanding of marketing operations, customer experience, and analytics/tracking
Demonstrated project/program management experience in software or technology-driven environments
Ability to identify growth and new business opportunities within existing client relationships
7+ years of relevant marketing or demand generation experience (or equivalent)
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
