Responsibilities
Driving sustained occupancy growth through strategic lead management and disciplined follow-up
Owning the full sales journey, from initial inquiry through move-in, with an emphasis on service, discretion, and responsiveness
Conducting meaningful discovery to understand lifestyle preferences, care needs, and family dynamics, and aligning those needs with the community’s offerings
Elevating the community’s brand presence through professional networking, curated events, and engagement within the local luxury and professional market
Collaborating closely with executive leadership and department heads to ensure a seamless resident experience
Coaching, mentoring, and developing sales counselors to uphold high standards of professionalism and performance
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success driving occupancy in luxury or high-end senior living environments
Proven experience managing the full sales cycle with a consultative, high-touch approach
Strong leadership background with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing sales counselors
Results-driven professional with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and occupancy goals
Highly organized with exceptional follow-up, time management, and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence when working with discerning residents and families
Genuine passion for serving seniors and delivering an elevated resident and family experience
