Responsibilities

Independently facilitate Agile ceremonies

Coach delivery team on Agile principles

Collaborate with Product Owner to identify gaps within team and delivery process

Provide opportunities for cross-skills training and growth

Facilitate team focus on achievable goals and continuous improvement

Support ART-wide initiatives

Create and manage processes/workflows using tools such as Actionable Agile, Octane, Agility Health, Mural/Collaboration, and Atlassian/SharePoint/Teams
