Visual Interface Design: Create aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces for a variety of digital applications, ensuring a consistent look and feel
UX Implementation: Apply user experience principles to improve site flow, navigation, and overall user engagement
Information Design: Translate complex data and processes into clear, professional infographics and visual aids
Training & Instructional Design: Design specialized layouts and visual materials specifically for the delivery of training content
Accessibility Compliance: Ensure all designs meet W3C Accessibility standards (WCAG) to provide an inclusive experience for all users
Low-Code & SharePoint Development: Design and deploy custom front-ends within Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint, balancing out-of-the-box functionality with custom design
Front-End Support: Utilize front-end programming knowledge to collaborate with developers and ensure design integrity during implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an NASAD accredited Graphic Design Program
4.5 Years (54 Months) of experience in Interface Design
4.5 Years (54 Months) of experience implementing UX principles
4 Years (48 Months) of experience designing infographics for communicating complex information
4 Years (48 Months) of experience designing layouts for training material delivery
3 Years (36 Months) of experience implementing accessibility features utilizing W3C (WCAG) standards
