Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop engineering, maintenance, and technical support personnel
Implement and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Improve equipment reliability, reduce unplanned downtime, and extend asset life cycles
Identify and drive plant-wide initiatives to enhance energy efficiency, reduce waste, and increase production throughput
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing and process improvements
Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and internal safety policies
Maintain a safe, hazard-free environment through proactive safety measures and continuous monitoring
Provide expert guidance in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process optimization
Support complex technical challenges through data-driven problem-solving
Manage departmental operating budgets and capital expenditure plans
Optimize spending while maintaining high levels of plant reliability and performance
Qualification
Required
Strong background in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
Knowledge of plant systems including PLCs, motors, HVAC, utilities, and automation equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven capability to lead, train, and inspire teams
Proficiency with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies
Track record of successfully implementing process improvements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related engineering field (required)
