Regional Sales Manager
Kemper GmbH is a global technology leader in welding fume extraction, air filtration, and workplace safety solutions, now expanding its presence in North America. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to build and manage dealer networks and support large direct accounts in various industries.
Responsibilities
KEMPER’s dealer and distributor network across the U.S., focusing on assigned region
Identify, onboard, and support specialist installers as a key sales channel
Support dealers in acquiring and managing direct strategic accounts (e.g. automotive OEMs, defense, large metalworking companies)
Conduct technical product presentations, demos, and training for partners and customers
Create and deliver quotes, proposals, and account plans; follow up on inquiries and opportunities
Promote and sell KEMPER’s mobile and stationary product portfolio across multiple industries
Represent KEMPER at trade shows, industry events, and customer visits
Collaborate closely with service, engineering, and marketing teams in the U.S. and Europe
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to management
Frequent Travel (50%+, 3 days per week, domestic and occasional international)
Qualification
Required
Technical sales experience in air filtration or industrial ventilation industry
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to review facility layouts and size air extraction systems
Proven ability to open new territories and accounts with a proactive, hands-on sales approach
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
High energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to travel
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a small, growing U.S. subsidiary with a European corporate culture
