Senior Business Development Manager – IT & BPO (Hunter Role)

The Methodical Group is expanding its IT BPO and nearshore/offshore delivery operations across the Philippines and South America. They are looking for a high-impact hunter who will own the full new logo acquisition process and personally close net-new business.

Responsibilities

Own the full new logo acquisition process from prospecting to contract signature
Identify and win clients who need:
IT support (helpdesk, NOC, systems admin)
Software development & engineering talent
Back-office BPO resources (Philippines & South America delivery)
Build and manage a healthy outbound pipeline through LinkedIn, referrals, events, and targeted outreach
Run discovery, present solutions, price deals, and collaborate with leadership on proposals and SOWs
Navigate procurement, legal, and enterprise buying committees, including C-level decision-makers
Work closely with operations leadership in the Philippines and South America to ensure accurate scoping and smooth onboarding
Hit quarterly and annual revenue targets with consistency
Represent Methodical at industry associations, conferences, webinars, and digital channels when appropriate

Required

5–10 years of experience in BPO, IT outsourcing, nearshore/offshore managed services, or related industries
Strong track record in hunter roles (not farming, not pure AM)
Proven quota achievement ($1M–$3M+ annual revenue preferred)
Experience selling into SMB & mid-market
Experience selling into tech companies
Experience selling into healthcare, finance, logistics, retail, or professional services (plus)
Understanding of the value propositions of the Philippines and South America delivery markets
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and proposal-writing ability
Highly self-motivated with strong pipeline discipline
Comfortable working directly with the COO/CEO to help structure and close business
