Deployment Engineer I

Augment Professional Services is seeking Deployment Engineers who act as a bridge between technology and the field. In this role, you will work directly with customers to plan, configure, and deploy the platform on industrial and construction projects, ensuring successful rollouts through collaboration and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

Assist in providing knowledge of the Platform and offering best-practice recommendations to customers
Participate in site pilots and full-scale implementations to support the successful realization of capabilities for the customer
Support the resolution of customer issues, collaborating with senior engineers
Help conduct end-user training sessions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of products and services
Provide customer support prior to, during, and after field deployments under supervision
Monitor project progress relative to assigned tasks and regularly communicate progress to the team
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to meet solution needs
Gather customer feedback and provide valuable insights to our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Support the sales department to drive new business and increase sales
Assist in preparing process, installation, operating procedure, and user/trainer training documentation
Maintain project and software documentation in a timely manner
Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues

Required
