Responsibilities
Attend company-provided appointments to consult directly with local homeowners
Conduct detailed inspections of bath spaces to recommend tailored remodeling solutions
Lead interactive presentations utilizing premium materials to drive customer interest
Maintain a 40%+ closing rate through proactive communication and consistent follow-up
Deliver a 5-star experience focused on building long-term clarity, trust, and satisfaction
Participate in weekly training while upholding professionalism and team values
Qualification
Required
Proven sales experience, ideally in an in-home or consultative remodeling environment
Ability to perform physical inspections, including in-depth assessments of bath spaces
Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to present solutions clearly
Self-motivated and disciplined with a high degree of ambition and personal drive
Articulate and outgoing when engaging with diverse clients in social or professional settings
Availability for a full-time schedule, including every other Saturday as needed
