Responsibilities
Assist Billing Manager in all aspects of billing preparation, editing drafts and uploading client invoices
Review and process any client receipts, reimbursements, expenses, etc. and forward to AP
Ability to interact with attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants is a must
Proficiency in billing and financial software systems is a plus
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is required
Back up office coordinator when necessary which may include answering incoming phone calls, conference room coordinating, mail retrieval and distribution and supplies
Qualification
Required
Experience with multiple E-billing sites
Strong computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time constrained environment
Assist Billing Manager in all aspects of billing preparation, editing drafts and uploading client invoices
