Responsibilities

Lead design and execution of Air Dom construction projects
Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure schedule and budget adherence
Manage vendor contracts and ensure compliance with safety standards
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Construction Management or equivalent experience
2+ years of related experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance
Ability to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) background check to obtain approval to be an “employee possessor” (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations

Preferred

Project management experience on large scale industrial or manufacturing construction projects
Proficiency with MS Project, strong Excel analytics
Understanding of basic electrical and mechanical principles
Basic construction skills familiarity with terminology of materials, processes, and trades
Demonstrated ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple contractors simultaneously
Proven track record of implementing robust safety programs and achieving zero incident milestones
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present technical data to senior executives
Experience with Lockheed Martin facility construction standards or defense industry projects
