Capture, maintain, and update data
Operate specialized data management applications
Read, understand, and interpret engineering plans, schematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) documents, and related documents
Possess the ability to use English to communicate clearly and concisely with others, orally and in writing
Simultaneously handle several tasks and continue to reestablish priorities
Ability to establish and maintain effective team relationships with all internal and external customers
Ability to operate a computer for up to 8 hours a day
Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn the functionality of new equipment and systems
