Responsibilities
Define the creative and operational vision for the in-house studio in partnership with leadership
Design production workflows, content formats, and operating rhythms for video, livestreaming, and direct selling
Lead hands-on creative execution across video, livestreams, social media, digital campaigns, packaging, signage, and experiential marketing
Translate established brand voice, humor, and creative standards into consistent, high-quality output
Guide creative prioritization in coordination with the CDO: what moves forward, what gets refined, and what gets deprioritized
Launch and iterate on studio-driven campaigns tied directly to sales, traffic, and audience growth
Build, mentor, and lead a small, high-performing creative team as studio output scales
Act as a steward of brand integrity—protecting what makes the brand distinctive while helping it evolve responsibly
Collaborate closely with the CEO, CDO, COO, and CBO while operating within a clear leadership and approval structure
Use AI-enabled creative tools thoughtfully to increase speed, efficiency, and output without compromising quality, originality, or brand tone
Tie creative decisions to measurable outcomes, not subjective aesthetics alone
Qualification
Required
Has led creative teams, studios, or high-output marketing operations
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction
Is comfortable making decisions under pressure
Thrives in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
Understands founder-led brands and final-approval dynamics
Balances speed with strong taste and judgment
Cares deeply about results, not just aesthetics
Enjoys building systems, teams, and momentum from the ground up
