Senior LevelRIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Accounting to support their client in the automotive services industry. The focus will be on addressing deficiencies in lease accounting and property, plant, and equipment processes, implementing improvements, and ensuring a smooth transition to permanent hires.

Responsibilities
Lead initiatives to clean up lease accounting and PP&E deficiencies
Propose and implement sustainable process improvements, which may include evaluating and deploying a new lease accounting system
Provide hands-on support to stabilize day-to-day accounting operations while driving long-term solutions
Partner with leadership and teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and operational efficiency
Support the transition to permanent staff hires, ensuring strong knowledge transfer and continuity
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in lease accounting (at least one candidate must be strong in this area)
Strong background in Property, Plant & Equipment (PP&E) accounting
Solid track record of process improvement and implementing accounting systems or tools
Prior experience working in industries with complex lease and asset structures (automotive, manufacturing, or related industries preferred)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, while also collaborating across teams
Must be based in Charlotte, NC (no relocation or travel coverage available)
