They are seeking a Mobile Service Ambassador who will perform tire and automotive services while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining independence on assigned routes.

Responsibilities

Perform tire and automotive services (including fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, brake repairs and other mobile services, while delivering an excellent customer experience)

Maintain independence on assigned routes - Safely driving between appointments, while representing Goodyear. Conduct proper safety checks when preparing for and performing service

Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions and explaining the service process, while always fully understanding the customer's needs. Demonstrate proficient knowledge of our products and services (including warranties, promotions and advertisements)

Perform a variety of manual tasks (including pre-preparation of equipment, loading vehicles, cleaning-up the worksite and product reconciliation)

Performing a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting (consumer tires and wheels), standing, bending, and squatting

Opportunity to travel to other cities outside of your home market to train others or receive additional training on new technology and techniques
