Program Manager Sr (OCM Practitioner)

They are seeking a Senior Program Manager who will leverage expertise in change management methodologies to lead enterprise transformation initiatives and manage stakeholder interactions effectively.

Responsibilities
Change Management background who drives organizational improvements through leveraging expertise in Prosci's ADKAR model, Kotter, Agile methodologies, and principles of organizational behavior
Experience managing change on a project being developed using Lean Agile and Waterfall approach
Experience setting up OCM Community of Practice
Experience with creating communication strategies & plans
Ability to clearly articulate messages to variety of audiences and interact with stakeholders including C-suite level
Experience with enterprise transformation initiatives and leading others through change
Excellent interpersonal, servant leadership, facilitation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Experience with creating new hire, onboarding, mentoring and buddy programs
Experience creating Change Impact Assessments, Change Resistance and User Adoption Plans
Experience with creating ADKAR Survey Assessment
Experience with continuous process improvement and conducting stakeholder and empathy interviews
Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
Facilitation of Webinars, User workshops, Lean Coffee, Books Clubs, Host Podcast
Advanced experience with MS Products (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Word) - Including running MS Team breakout rooms, polling, surveys
Proven experience with SAFe PI Planning
Proven experience with collaboration tools specifically FigJam, Mural, MS Team Whiteboard
Proven experience with JIRA and Confluence
Prosci or Kotter Certified
SAFe Certified (Coach, RTE)
Qualification
