This role oversees the hotel's Food & Beverage outlets, providing leadership in training, mentoring, staffing, and operational standards to ensure an elevated product and service experience.

Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance service standards across all outlets
Ensure adequate china, silver, glassware, and linen inventories in coordination with the Executive Steward and Laundry Manager
Maintain appropriate front-of-house uniform stock through accurate forecasting and purchasing
Support Outlet Managers and Chefs de Cuisine in developing daily menu specials
Uphold corporate Food & Beverage policies and operational procedures in all front-of-house areas
Lead development of outlet management through structured cross-training programs
Review Outlet Manager purchase requests prior to F&B Director approval
Maintain accurate wine inventories and update wine lists as needed
Oversee physical upkeep of outlets and associated areas
Review and correlate outlet P&L statements and monthly financial reporting
Participate in month-end Food & Beverage inventories with Executive Chef, Beverage Manager, and Accounting
Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting efforts
Conduct quarterly menu engineering analysis
Conduct twice-yearly competitive pricing analysis for food and beverage offerings
Ensure proper cover count and cashier reconciliation procedures
Approve weekly scheduling to ensure adherence to productivity forecasts
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years in a Food & Beverage management role at a luxury property
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
High attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills
Food Handler and TABC certification required
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs
Preferred
Understanding of Food & Beverage financials, including cost and par controls
