Board Certified Behavior Analyst
A Bridge to Achievement (ABtA) is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their Winston-Salem center. The role involves designing and overseeing individualized ABA programs for autistic learners, supported by a full operational team to focus on client care.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
Create programs and teaching plans in our electronic system
Supervise, coach, and train behavior technicians and trainees
Facilitate caregiver training and team collaboration
Participate in monthly interdisciplinary collaboration meetings
Provide home or community visits as needed
Qualification
Required
Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Organizational Psychology, or a related field required
Holds and maintains NC (and other relevant) behavior analyst licensure per the licensing board(s) requirements
State Behavior Analyst license if relevant/residing outside of NC
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
Must be an approved supervisor with the BACB
Demonstrated commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting a positive workplace culture characterized by fairness, respect, and inclusivity
Proficient at conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, EFL, AFLS, FBAs
Skilled at writing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
