Responsibilities
Leading the development of a logical and user-friendly experience across UPS.com
Designing user interfaces, defining navigational structures, organizing information, creating site maps, and planning the overall customer journey
Leveraging industry-standard design methodologies, usability analytics, and web heuristics to craft interactive web application interfaces
Leading and participating in design sprints with cross-functional stakeholders
Collaborating closely with technical writers and cross-functional team members, including vendors, depending on project requirements
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience as a UI/UX designer, with a robust portfolio highlighting expertise in Figma
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
Preferred
Familiarity with leveraging AI tools in design and creative processes is a plus
