Responsibilities
Work closely with project managers to coordinate and track project closure activities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including permits, licenses, and as-built drawings
Analyze telecom information and plans to ensure compliance with project requirements
Track and manage outstanding orders and materials
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of the telecom industry and related documentation is an advantage
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with Ericsson EU, VZW, AT&T and T Mobile COP a plus
Qualification
Required
Experience working directly with Project Managers, tracking project closure activities
Experience maintaining up to date project documentation, including permits, licenses and as-built drawings
Analyze information and plans to ensure compliance with project requirements
Track and manage outstanding orders and materials
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Knowledge of the telecom industry and related documentation is an advantage
