Guiding buyers through floor plans, upgrades, and options that make their home uniquely theirs
Partnering with construction, design, and marketing teams to keep your community running smoothly
Walking customers through contracts, financing conversations, and closing steps with confidence and care
Building strong relationships with local realtors through weekly outreach
Staying informed on market trends so you can speak confidently about our homes and communities
Delivering exceptional service before, during, and after the sale — the kind that earns referrals and rave reviews
Qualification
Required
You love connecting with people and helping them make meaningful decisions
You're motivated, confident, and comfortable guiding customers through the buying process

You're flexible — weekend open houses and occasional evenings fit your lifestyle
