Responsibilities

Lead UX/UI design for large-scale, enterprise products
Manage and mentor UI/UX designer(s)
Own design strategy, standards, and design system consistency
Drive user-centered design through research, testing, and data
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and key stakeholders
Present design solutions to leadership with clear rationale
Ensure accessibility, usability, and high design quality

Required

5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
Proven experience leading complex design projects end-to-end
Experience managing or mentoring designers
Expert proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
Strong prototyping skills (InVision, Principle, Framer, etc.)
Deep understanding of UX best practices and accessibility standards
Strong collaboration and communication skills

Preferred

Enterprise, compliance, or regulated-industry experience
Familiarity with user research and analytics tools
