Mid, Senior LevelMavrix Profit System is expanding its coaching team and hiring a second Executive Coach to work directly with doctors transitioning to patient-centered, cash-based practices. The role involves coaching doctors through strategic business shifts and identity transitions while applying a proprietary growth framework.
Business Consulting and Services
Responsibilities
Coach assigned doctors twice per month (30 min sessions)
Learn and apply our proprietary growth framework
Attend quarterly in-person cohorts
Submit brief, clear progress reports on client work
Collaborate with a small, high-trust leadership team
Qualification
Required
Real coaching experience (executive, leadership, performance, or transformation work)
Calm, grounded demeanor with the ability to hold people accountable without rescuing them
Care about what's broken in healthcare
Ability to learn and coach inside a defined framework
Emotional intelligence
Personal maturity
Preferred
Medical experience
Curiosity or passion about functional medicine
Curiosity or passion about regenerative therapies
Curiosity or passion about cash-based / direct care models
