Responsibilities
Receive, open, and organize incoming mail and email correspondence
Scan and upload documents to the appropriate system locations (e.g., Maestro) ensuring accuracy and proper file naming
Review scanned documents to confirm quality and completeness
Maintain accurate tracking of document submissions and completion logs
Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure timely processing of received items
Support general administrative functions including digital filing, email management, and task prioritization
Handle confidential or sensitive information in accordance with company and HIPAA policies
Qualification
Required
Experience in document segregation & mail handling
Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word, and Outlook required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Handle confidential or sensitive information in accordance with company and HIPAA policies
Preferred
Medical/insurance processing preferred
Experience with Excel preferred
