Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with GAAP and company policies

Manage accounts payable processes, bank reconciliations, and vendor master record updates

Support payroll preparation in collaboration with HR

Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior leadership and private-equity stakeholders

Lead month-end and year-end closing processes

Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts, resolving discrepancies

Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations

Establish internal controls and accounting guidelines

Collaborate with site-level accounting teams to ensure consistent and accurate reporting

Integrate financial processes for newly acquired practices

Assist in preparing monthly reports and analyses for private-equity stakeholders

Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes

Provide financial insights to drive decision-making

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement best practices
