Chief Financial Officer
Lykes Bros. Inc. is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to develop and execute a long-term financial strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals. The role involves leading financial changes, participating in Board discussions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities
Ability to develop and execute a long-term financial strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals
Proven ability to lead changes in the company business model and develop key financial metrics to benchmark performance
Participation in Board level discussions on strategy
CPA preferred but also MBA and/or legal combination a plus
Experience with Treasury and capital allocation
Tax knowledge, especially S corporation status
Led high performing finance teams and worked closely with the CEO/Board
Ability to lead cross functional teams, especially operations
Ag experience not critical – prefer real estate experience
Meticulous eye for financial details and accuracy to ensure compliance with GAAP
Strong understanding of internal controls, financial reporting and forecasting
Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies as well as all aspects of insurance
Experience managing cyber security threats
Track record of success
Experience with multi-generational family business
High emotional intelligence and executive presence
Excellent communication skills
Guardian of the company’s financial integrity with the ability to build trust with all stakeholders
