Responsibilities

Manage and apply for export licenses and authorizations
Ensure compliance with EAR requirements and applicable license conditions
Perform product classification and export risk assessments
Support internal audits and corrective action plans
Coordinate anti-corruption and third-party compliance activities
Track action items, timelines, and project status
Prepare and present compliance updates using Excel and PowerPoint
Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones

Qualification

Required

5–7 years of Export / Trade Compliance experience
Strong knowledge of Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
Experience with export compliance tools (e.g., Visual Compliance / screening tools)
Project management software experience required
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Preferred

Manufacturing or aerospace industry experience
