Provider must be interested in working in a rural community
Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join 2 Physicians, and 6 APP's in a Rural Health Clinic
Lab and X-ray adjacent to the clinic in the hospital
Clinic, Hospital, and Long Term Care coverage
Not accepting Locums candidates
Not accepting visa candidates
Cannot accept providers who have any malpractice cases that are in Probate or that require supervision. Clean malpractice is preferred
Qualification
Required
Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
IL license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
