New Grad, Entry LevelBay Area Rehabilitation Center is looking for a detailed-oriented and dependable Medical Billing Coordinator to join their ECI Program's Finance team. This role is responsible for supporting accurate and timely medical billing and invoicing processes, maintaining organized financial records, and providing excellent customer service related to billing matters.

Responsibilities
Submit claims for processing in a timely and accurate manner
Post and reconcile payments
Prepare and generate invoices
Verifying medical insurance eligibility and coverage
Research and resolve claim discrepancies and denials
Maintain accurate, detailed, and well-organized billing records
Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting
Support accounts receivable functions, including follow-up on outstanding balances
Manage and maintain provider credentialing documentation and requirements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent, certificate in billing course if applicable
Proven experience in medical billing/coding and or similar financial role
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Solid mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and effectively prioritize tasks
