Responsibilities
Ensure appropriate security levels are established and maintained for processes, information exchange and system implementations
Deploy and support bussines proceses software
Coordinate with IT 3rd parties’ vendors
Installing and supporting purchased IT hardware
Allocation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in the plant
Setting up computer security measures
Monitors, configures, maintains and repairs technology and network equipment
Assist in training new hires
Solve incoming issues via ticket or phone calls, and monitor resolution for those not under his/her competence area, in order to meet service level agreements and support standards
Comply with both disaster and business recovery plans (and help define, review and test them)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer science or IT related field
3 to 5 years of successful and demonstrable experience as IS / IT support, ideally within a manufacturing environment
Possess keen knowledge of network security and the increasing threats to loss of confidential data
