Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls from potential new clients
Initiate outgoing phone calls to potential clients in response to internet inquiries
Answer questions from potential new clients with the goal of scheduling a consultation with one of our attorneys
Input key information from potential clients into web-based software
Send and follow up on form emails and questionnaire requests from potential clients
Collect web payments for consultation fees
Send and follow up on service contracts to potential clients
Send and follow up on retainer payment requests for potential clients
Work with STG team members to ensure leads are handled efficiently and effectively, with prompt and professional service
Qualification
Required
Candidates must have sales or customer service experience
Have an internet connection as well as a computer and a smartphone to answer and initiate phone calls, schedule consultations, etc. We will provide the apps to do this, and you will be assigned a work phone number - no need to use your personal number
Use Dashlane (a password manager app) provided by us for all work related passwords to ensure client confidentiality and cybersecurity
Being comfortable using web based apps. These include HubSpot, Clio Grow and Clio Manage, Front, Kenect, Google Calendar, Calendly, RingCentral, Slack, Zoom, etc
Candidates must have experience working remote
Candidates must be available to work Monday-Friday with flexible hours
High school diploma
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, great listening skills
Pass background check
Attention to detail. Excellent spelling is required with note-taking
Solid typing skills
Preferred
3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or call center work (divorce law or legal industry experience is a plus but not required)
Experience with web based apps including HubSpot, Clio Grow and Clio Manage, Front, Kenect, Google Calendar, Calendly, RingCentral, Slack, Zoom, etc
An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required
