They are seeking a Software Support Technician II to provide troubleshooting support, create reports, and perform data analyses while collaborating with a software development team.

Responsibilities
Provide troubleshooting support to internal customers using internally developed applications
Create and maintain reports in MS SQL Reporting Services
Perform Ad-Hoc reporting and data analysis
Create and maintain customer integrations for B2B data exchange
Establish FTP communications and perform data format validation for new customers
Minor development of specific data management processes
Qualification
Required
College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, software engineering or equivalent work experience
Experience working in integrated development environments, including Microsoft Visual Studio 2010-2015
Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent DBMS
Ability to write and troubleshoot Transact SQL queries
Ability to research and analyze data
Flexible and adaptable in learning and understanding new technologies
Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products
Highly logical, technically proficient with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Highly self-motivated and directed
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with a keen attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
