Responsibilities
Champion an exceptional, hospitality-driven guest experience every visit, every time
Lead brand promotion and increase market awareness
Proactively drive memberships, leagues, corporate outings, and private event sales
Cultivate partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers
Represent the company as a visible ambassador at community events and networking opportunities. Be the "face of the place"!
Qualification
Required
Proven success in sales-driven leadership, ideally in a high-revenue entertainment, hospitality, or experiential venue
Extroverted, energetic personality with a passion for meeting people and building relationships
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to prospect, network, and generate business in the community
Preferred
Familiarity with golf (whether recreational, instructional, or operational) is a strong plus
