Responsibilities
HR Assistance: Support HR functions such as the hiring process, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the initial orientation of new employees
Shipping Logistics: Assist in the coordination and tracking of shipments, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring clear communication with carriers
Office Management: Handle daily administrative tasks, including email management, file organization, and meeting coordination
Internal Communication: Serve as a point of contact between warehouse staff and management
Supply Management: Manage the inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
Qualification
Required
A minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting
Excellent ability to organize tasks and priorities, with a strong focus on attention to detail
Outstanding verbal and written communication to effectively interact with staff, suppliers, and customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
The ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
